Hello I'm Esther, a Drama student at Goldsmiths University, and I need somewhere new to live. I'd prefer to live vaguely south, but anywhere within zones 1-3 is acceptable. My budget is £400 a month all in.

As a housemate I'm fairly quiet and mostly just like to get on with my studies (so one thing I do require is a good internet connection), and I'm also very tidy and enjoy cleaning! Non-smoker, would prefer not to live with animals... can't think of anything more for now but don't hesitate to ask me any questions!

After checking my bank balance following Xmas and my new year's eve getaway I was left agape...and rummaged around for beautiful things to sell...some of these are precious to me but I either haven't worn them in years or have memories of them I just want to get rid of (and perhaps some reasons why I haven't worn them) and I feel this will be a like a real emotional clear out for me, I realsied that getting rid of them would be better for me to be honest instead of just ignoring them in the cuboard so my loss should be your gain. All new stuff to lj from me.

All will be sent 2nd class UK and some 1st or 2nd class recorded unless otherwise stated.

I have used the Paypal calculator to include paypal fees too becasue it's ridiculous the amount you can lose on paypal..or you can send a gift payment but check with me first.

I'm looking for a room (or some people to find somewhere with) to rent in LONDON... preferably more North (Archway, Highgate, Hamptead, Kentish Town, Camden)... close to a tube would be great..

I have two male cats in tow who are lovely little things, they have never hissed or scratched anyone and just like eating and sleeping most of the time... they love the snow, though, and love to run around lots in it when it's about! They have been introduced to a number of different cats (including kittens), and have always got on well with new faces!

I am currently unemployed and live in Northampton.. but I want to relocate to London due to there being far more jobs around. I'm currently sending off loads and loads of CVs and covering letters to pretty much anywhere - but longterm I am looking to find a position at a veterinary practice as a trainee veterinary nurse! So if I don't find a job soon then I am definitely looking for somewhere which will accept Housing Benefit / DSS (I have a guarantor, if it came to this).

Looking to be paying AT MOST £300 a month.
